ServeCheck ✅ is a Ghanaian national customer service evaluations standard, independently recognising an organisation’s achievement in customer service and its commitment to upholding those standards.
ServeCheck ✅ is awarded after a rigorous internal and external assessment based on customer satisfaction feedback and an evaluation of employee engagement with your organisation’s customer service strategy. It helps organisations understand the effectiveness of their customer service strategy, identifies areas for improvement and serves as a check for customers who are interested in patronizing goods and service from customer focused organizations.
Undergoing the ServeCheck ✅ accreditation is an opportunity for organisations – of all sizes and sectors – to demonstrate the high quality of their customer service that they claim to offer.
The accreditation is valid for two years with a mid term assessment after a year to ensure quality standards are being adhered to and the organization is still customer service compliant.
After accreditation, organizations are given accreditation certificates which they can display in public areas of their organization.
